First Dark Sky International Reserve
Find the ideal conditions to watch the sky by attending every Saturday an evening of Astronomy at the Astrolab. In summer, every day, the Astrolab offers daytime activities at the base and top of the mountain. You can also participate in «evenings» of astronomy at the base of the mountain or at the public observatory of Mount Megantic (top).
Hiking
More than 50 km of trails (30 km multi-use trails and 20 km on trails), for starters or experts, give you access to exceptional viewpoints on the summit of Mount Megantic (1,105 m) and Mount St. Joseph (1065 m). In winter, the snowy trails allow you to do skiing or snowshoeing which offers the possibility to reach the summit and admire the breathtaking mummies.

Mount Gosford
Culminating at an altitude of 1193 meters, Mount Gosford (www.montgosford.com) is the highest peak in southern Quebec! At the heart of the international network of hiking trails (Canada- US Border) (www.sentiersfrontaliers.qc.ca), enjoy a 130 km trail along the border on foot, skis or snowshoes! In addition, 10 km of trails for mountain bikes are now available.
Mount Gosford «Forêt habitée» offers a variety of outdoor wilderness: observation tower, fishing & hunting, shelters, 3 sided shelters, platforms, camping and more!
Top of Hills Drive
By car, discover the magnificent landscapes of the region on a 157 km journey that offers the «Top of the Hills Drive». Along the road, various attractions invite you to stop for a visit.
Stratford Hall and Wildlife (pavillondelafaune), from Lac Drolet and La Maison du Granit (maisondugranit), stop at Lac Mégantic to enjoy the view and perhaps a cruise on the lake at «Croisières Coudrier»(croisierescoudrier).
