Gourmet Cuisine
A graduate of the Laurentian Hotel School in 1999, Julie invites you to her table.
On the menu, a gourmet type of cuisine and an elegant introduction to both the local and regional flavours, vegetables and other garden delights cooked home style on site.
Morning
Wake up with a fruit juice, the smell of good coffee, a nice fruity entry and enjoy a main course that varies depending on the theme of the day: Golden Bread from Chez Mamie Bakery, the waffles Grandma made from organic flour, the poached eggs from the farm, homemade Scones & Croissants accompanied by jams and other delicacies such espresso coffees, biscotti and much more!

Evening
Enjoy time for a dinner in our cozy dining room, featuring local products from the farm «Trécarré» near by (lamb, rabbit, poultry, goat) mixing with the flavours of the garden. In addition, leg of duck confit from Lac Brome as well as red deer, two excellent Eastern Townships products which will delight many buds. This summer, come and enjoy the grill season! The chef choose som of the best cut for the grill: try the shops, leg of goat, vegetables and many more!

You can also sample the meat of many other ways to suit your mood!
Menus are designed according to your tastes ... Chef Julie, puts her talents at work to cuisine your special requests, but most importantly, every night a 3 course menu including appetizer, main course and dessert is offered. To complement your meal, you are invited to bring your own wine.
